Das kanadische Metal-Trio CAULDRON veröffentlichen am 7. September ihr lang ersehntes fünftes Studioalbum "New Gods" in Europa via Dissonance Productions und in Nordamerika via The End Records.
Für den Nachfolger ihres von Kritikern gefeierten 2016er Albums "In Ruin" arbeiten Jason Decay (Lead Vocals / Bass), Ian Chains (Gitarre) und Myles Deck (Drums) mit dem Produzenten Chris Stringer (Timber Timbre, Wooden Sky) und nahmen die Songs in den Union Sound Studios in Toronto auf.
"New Gods", das fünfte Studioalbum der Gruppe, verspricht einmal mehr eine starke Betonung auf Songwriting und Melodie, ergänzt durch hochwertige organische Produktione.
"I am very proud of the songwriting, performances and production on this one, and it is definitely the most confident I have been in a finished album of ours. It is dark, it’s heavy and it has a very melodic sense of AOR. Most importantly, it still sounds very CAULDRON. I’m pretty sure people who were into In Ruin will like this one just as much if not more!" sagte Decay.
