Die legendären New Yorker Death Metal-Pioniere SUFFOCATION haben nun das Cover Artwork des kommenden neuen Albums "Pinnacle of Bedlam" veröffentlicht. Dieses Mal kümmerte sich der Künstler Raymond Swanland um das Artwork.
Derek Boyer (Bass) sagt dazu: "This artwork is a perfect portrayal of our music. The cover depicts lyrical content like "scales tip in degradation" and "hooded messenger of death is now set forth, punishment for all". Raymond is an absolute BEAST of an artist!"
Gitarrist Guy Marchais fügt hinzu: "The artwork for Pinnacle brings another element to an already brutal album. Raymond knew exactly what we were looking for and delivered!"
Das neue Album wurde von der Band selbst produziert und zusammen mit Joe Concotta in den New Yorkern Full Force Studios aufgenommen.
Um den Mix und das Mastering hat sich dieses Mal der berühmte Produzent und Techniker Zeuss (HATEBREED, ARSIS, SUICIDE SILENCE) gekümmert.
"Pinnacle of Bedlam" wird am 15. Februar 2013 via Nuclear Blast veröffentlicht.
